You can trade things with anyone here. Here are the default prices. You can set then higger or lower in your trade: it only depends to you! Note: Please do not put decimal values. They hurt my head. 
Anyway, here are some values:
1 warrior: 2m²/1 servant
40 servants: 80m²/40 warriors/1 level
5 levels: 200 warriors/400m²/200 servants
50m²: 25 warriors/25 servants
...well, you get it. For more values, you only have to multiply/divide these values.
